    Build your automation step by step. I'll walk you through each piece, but you're driving.

    Run your automation end to end. Then map out the next 3-4 automations to build on your own.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. We use no-code automation tools. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can do this.

What should I bring?

A laptop, a charger, and a specific problem or workflow you'd like to automate. Not sure what's feasible? We'll scope it together at the start.

Can I really build something in two hours?

Yes. We'll scope it at the start to make sure it's achievable in the session. If your idea is bigger, we'll build the core piece and give you a clear path to finish the rest on your own.

How many people are in the workshop?

Small group -- limited to ensure everyone gets hands-on help. You won't be lost in a crowd.

Do I need to prepare anything?

We'll send you setup instructions a week before -- creating free accounts on the tools we'll use. Takes about 10 minutes and means we spend workshop time building, not configuring.

What tools will we use?

Mainstream no-code automation platforms like Zapier or Make, depending on your use case. No proprietary tools, no vendor lock-in.
